My Lil’ Zine Vol 1
My Lil’ Zine is about the early years as a little queer brown boy in a small conservative town. Through my storytelling and illustrations, I share my experiences growing up and feeling restricted by society's gender norms. The established societal expectation that boys should play with cars and other "masculine" toys conflicted with my desire to play with toys that were designated for girls.
